Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 38phcash platform is subject to your unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of 38phcash, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors browsing the platform.

By (a) clicking the registration button, (b) logging into your 38phcash account, (c) making a deposit, or (d) participating in any game or promotion offered by 38phcash, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with any applicable game rules, bonus terms, and the 38phcash Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the 38phcash platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 38phcash, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines, the minimum age for participation in any real-money casino game on 38phcash is 21 years. Age verification is mandatory through the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 38phcash or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have had a previous 38phcash account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC

Each player may register only one (1) account on 38phcash. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitute a violation of these Terms. 38phcash reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID
• Valid Philippine mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must be 21 years or older)
• Residential address

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 38phcash requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable identity documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. 38phcash may request additional documentation including proof of address or payment method verification at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 38phcash will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify 38phcash immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access via the 24/7 live support channel.

Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

38phcash accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 38phcash does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may result in the funds being held, returned, or forfeited, and may trigger an account investigation.

E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are reflected in your 38phcash wallet balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take 10–30 minutes to process depending on the financial institution. 38phcash does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals & Payout Processing

38phcash processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts within approximately 1–2 hours of request submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in the Philippines. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 6 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. These timelines are target processing times, not contractual guarantees, and may be extended in exceptional circumstances including but not limited to system maintenance, regulatory compliance checks, or fraud investigations.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name, matching your 38phcash account details.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.
• 38phcash reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals, which may require additional verification and extend processing time.

Any attempt to fraudulently expedite, manipulate, or circumvent the withdrawal process constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

38phcash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement.

General bonus terms applicable across all 38phcash promotions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated for each individual promotion.
• 38phcash reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing bets specifically to exploit bonus terms, or deliberately low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 38phcash may at its sole discretion withdraw bonus eligibility from any account at any time.
• Free spins winnings may be subject to a maximum win cap, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 38phcash platform are operated by certified third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates of each game under standard play conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game display on your device and the result recorded on the 38phcash server, the server record shall be considered definitive. Technical malfunctions or interruptions during gameplay do not obligate 38phcash to pay out a result that was not fully confirmed and settled on the server.

Live dealer game results are determined by real physical outcomes (dealt cards, roulette ball position, dice outcomes) supervised by the game provider's studio management. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 38phcash platform and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a ban or restriction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to automate account activity.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to influence outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or platform systems. Any such exploits must be reported to 38phcash immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or attempting to process chargebacks after withdrawals have been made.
• Using the 38phcash platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your 38phcash account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 38phcash platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 38phcash content without prior written authorization from 38phcash.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 38phcash, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gameplay outcomes, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

38phcash's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

38phcash does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where practicable. 38phcash accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, game malfunctions, or communications failures beyond its reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Termination

38phcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks initiated against 38phcash by the player's payment provider
• Reasonable suspicion of responsible gaming-related concerns requiring intervention

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, 38phcash reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Balances forfeited under these circumstances will not be returned. In cases where closure occurs for non-breach reasons (e.g., at the player's own request), withdrawable balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard processing timelines.

Amendments to These Terms

38phcash reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 38phcash platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting 38phcash support prior to the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 38phcash platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 38phcash. You agree to contact 38phcash support with a detailed written description of your complaint before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 38phcash will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of submission, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
